Add automated messaging at booking, and send a second one at check-in.
Automated messaging will save you time by sending out a link to your store automatically when a guest books and again prior to check-in. The link will not be blocked as long as it goes out AFTER a guest has booked. You can find your store link and a suggested message in your store dashboard by clicking the “Share” or "Launch" button. Simply add it to the scheduled messages that automatically go out to your guests and include some language around what you offer. For example, "To book early check-in, late check-out, massages and more, we have a store. Click the link below:"
Place a store sign in your property
A store sign with a QR code is a great way to catch a guest’s attention right when they need it. We suggest placing it near a welcome package or by your guidebook so guests will see it when they arrive. We have signs ready to print which you can find by going to your store dashboard, clicking the “Signage” tab and choosing which sign you’d like to print.
