Partial refunds are now available for hosts. This means you can refund only part of an order instead of the full amount.
For example, if a guest booked a 5-day pool heating service and only 1 day needs to be refunded, you can now refund just that part.
The system will automatically calculate the correct refund amount for the guest.
How to issue a partial refund:
- Log in to your Host Co account
- Go to the store where you want to process the partial refund
On the left side, click “Sales”
Open the sale
Click the “+” icon next to the product
Select “Refund Item”
Choose the quantity or items you want to refund
Once confirmed, the refund will be processed automatically based on what you selected.
