What This Feature Does
With your HostCo digital storefront, you can sell a wide range of services and add-ons, including:
- Local services such as massages or private chefs
- Automated fees like late checkouts or pet fees
- On-site upgrades such as firewood or hot tub heating
- Custom products or services you choose to offer
You can also connect to a curated list of vetted vendors or add your own offerings.
How It Works
Guests can browse your store and request services at any time. When a guest submits a request:
- Their payment is held for up to 7 days
- You receive the request and can choose to approve or decline it
- Once approved, the payment is processed and your payout is released
HostCo manages inventory, support, notifications, and payouts so you can focus on your guests.
Earnings and Fees
- You can keep up to 93% to 100% of each sale depending on your plan
- A guest convenience fee is added at checkout to cover processing costs
- Many hosts use upsells to create a strong additional revenue stream
How to Set Up Your Store with StayFi
- Log in to your StayFi account
- Go to the WiFi Experience page from the left-hand menu
- Click Edit Homepage Template
- Toggle on the HostCo integration
- Select the listings where you’d like a store created
- Click Update
Your stores will be created automatically and connected to your listings.
After setup, you’ll receive an email from HostCo with your login details so you can manage your store and set up payouts.
Managing Your Stores
Once your stores are live, you can:
- Customize services and pricing
- Add or remove products anytime
- Duplicate stores for multiple listings
- Track sales through your dashboard
- Export reports whenever needed
Sharing Your Store with Guests
To get the best results, share your store link with guests:
- At booking
- One week before check-in
- At check-in
You can include this link in your automated messages or use saved replies for quick sharing.
