Once connected:
- Your Hostfully listings are imported into The Host Co
- Stores are created or linked to each property

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Start the Integration in The Host Co
- Log into The Host Co
- Go to Partners
- Select Hostfully
- Click Start Now
- Click Continue
Step 2: Authorize Your Hostfully Account
- Make sure you are logged into Hostfully
- Click Allow to authorize the connection
Step 3: Enable Properties in Hostfully
- Open the Hostfully integrations page
- Search for The Host Co
- Toggle the integration on
- Go to Settings
- Enable the properties you want to connect
If you still see “Connect to Partner,” refresh the page and try again.
Step 4: Import Listings into The Host Co
- Return to The Host Co
- Go to Partners > Hostfully
- Click Start Now
- Click Continue
Your Hostfully properties will begin importing.
Step 5: Create or Link Stores
You can choose one of the following:
Create New Stores
- Select your listings
- Click Create Stores
Link Existing Stores
- Match your existing stores to the correct listings
- Confirm the connections
Skip Properties
- Leave any listings unconnected for now
Each store will be pre-populated with:
- Local services
- Guest add-ons like late checkout
- Customizable offerings
Step 6: Sync Check-In and Check-Out Times
When guests purchase:
- Early check-in
- Late checkout
The updated times will automatically sync to your Hostfully reservations.
Optional: Enable Calendar Indicators
To display visual indicators for services:
- Go to Agency Settings in Hostfully
- Select Service Providers
- Create a provider named The Host Co
- Add services:
- Early Check-In
- Late Checkout
Make sure the service names are spelled exactly as shown.
Once enabled:
- You will see indicators on reservations with approved services
- Reservation times will automatically adjust
Step 7: Share Your Store with Guests
Each store link is automatically added to your Hostfully property as a variable.
Recommended timing:
- At booking
- One week before check-in
- At check-in
Step 8: Add Store Links to Messaging
- Go to Messaging Templates in Hostfully
- Edit or create a message
- Add a message such as:
“If you’re interested in adding amenities like massage or mid-stay cleaning, check out our store.” - Insert the The Host Co variable
- Save and activate the message
Managing Future Listings
If you add new properties in Hostfully:
- Go to Partners > Hostfully in The Host Co
- Click Continue
- Enable new properties in Hostfully settings
- Return to The Host Co to import them
- Create or link stores as needed
No changes are required for your existing stores.
